Here we are! Reading books, teaching lesson plans, rewarding those that follow instructions, smiling and keeping a pleasant teacher voice, but there’s something going on inside. We are running on E as in EMPTY. We need our energy and we need it desperately. 2 Bosc pears (cored)

1-2 cups raspberries

1 banana

4-5 kale leaves

2 cups water

Directions: Put all liquids in the blender, next add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.

Finally, we’ve reached the point when it is time for all the little ones to go home.
