First, let’s start the day off with hydration; Tropical Sunrise.  Some key highlights of Tropical Sunrise are pineapple and coconut water. The fresh pineapple will provide you the digesting enzyme called bromelain which aids your digestion system; it will also help reduce inflammation in your body. Next, would be coconut water. 1 cup pineapple

1/2 cup blueberries

3 strawberries

2 cups rainbow chard leaves

1 cup mango juice

1 cup coconut water

Directions: Put all liquids in the blender, next add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
